Fashion is for Every Body: 2017

What a year 2017 has been. Fashion is for Every Body became a non-profit organization. We partnered with Empower Tennessee to put on a bigger, better runway show called Boundless to a packed house. In addition to the fashion show we've teamed up with local designers to showcase non-sample-sized models in quarterly photo shoots. We will also award our first adaptive/inclusive garment pattern endowment in memory of model and staff member Kimmie Jones.

Fashion is for Every Body

On September 10th, 2016 Fashion is for Every Body put on Nashville's first inclusive fashion runway show using models of various ages, shapes, sizes and abilities wearing designs by 11 of the region's best designers and vintage boutiques. This project started as an attempt to prove that the concept of body positivity and inclusion in fashion has a place in Nashville. We have the opportunity to show the country and the world that we can be the city that starts this inclusive movement.
